To index your Blogger posts on Google Search Console, you need to go to the webmaster tools home page and click on Add New Property and Add your website right there!

Google Search Console from the left side menu.
Now go to the sitemap section in the Google Search Console.

After entering into the sitemaps section, you need to submit the sitemap of your blogger manually to index the posts on Google Search Console.

Before you submit a sitemap you need to configure custom robots.txt in the blogger search preferences so that there won't be any errors in submitting the sitemap to the Google Search Console.

After creating custom robots.txt on your blogger you have to create a sitemap for your blogger, to create a sitemap you need to head over to this link by replacing the text in the double quotes with your site address.

https://"www.yoursite.com"/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

This will create a sitemap for your blog, generally, the sitemap that should be submitted for the Google Search Console is in the XML format. So you need to head over to the below URL by replacing the text in double quotes with your site address.

https://"www.yoursite.com"/sitemap.xml

This will create a sitemap for your website now in the sitemaps section you need to submit the sitemap by entering sitemap.xml at the end of the URL as shown in the image.
